Strategic Marketing
Over the past twelve years, I have provided strategic marketing consulting to local and regional brand teams from global healthcare companies and smaller biotech firms. I have worked with these teams to obtain new customer and market insights, identify new market opportunities, focus their efforts on specific market leverage points, identify and target profitable segments, achieve their business objectives more quickly, and grow market share in declining markets.

At a more structural level, I have provided worldwide implementation and training support for the global rollout of a new marketing planning process at a Top 10 Life Sciences company, and I have facilitated dozens of seminars and workshops on such topics as marketing planning, market analysis, insights mining, segmentation, targeting, positioning, and brand portfolio management.
Learning and Development
I have project managed from design to implementation — dozens of training and development initiatives in general management — leadership, change management, innovation, decision making — as well as in specific functional areas, such as marketing, finance, key account management, global project management, and information technology.

Having worked on both the client and business school side of Executive Education, I have collaborated with senior faculty from London Business School, Harvard Business School, INSEAD, Stanford, Tuck, UCLA, Thunderbird, Henley, IMD, and Babson; as well as, a large variety of global subject-matter experts, consultants, facilitators, and coaches.
Organizational Development
I have advised and supported clients on all aspects organizational development, including the identification and development of functional and behavioural competencies, skills gap analyses, the design and implementation of assessment centers, the development of complete corporate learning and development (L&D) curricula, and the assessment and selection of external partners.
Coaching
I have coached hundreds of brand managers, key account managers (KAMs) and field representatives in the pharmaceutical industry and senior managers from a variety of industries in the areas of marketing, innovation, and leadership, focusing on the key competencies and behaviours that will bring about both strategic business and personal performance objectives.
Recent Engagements
Agile Methodology Implementation
Facilitated and coached large-scale leadership development program for major Europe-based bank looking to institute agile methodology across the entire organization. Supported the education and integration of behavioral changes necessary to allow successful implementation of agile ways of working; personal ownership, collaboration and an experiential mindset. Integrated with a group of facilitator colleagues to ensure a consistent learning experience across the organization.
New Growth Consulting
COO of small biotech needed to drive new growth after an acquisition. I worked closely with the entire team of a small biotech to re-segment their markets, redefine their value proposition by segment and prioritize existing and potential clients. Created a future roadmap for the Marketing team, and, as a side-effect of the project, a new succession plan for the key customer-facing scientists.
Pharma Sales Force to Key Account Managers (KAMs) Transition
Worked with a team to define new functional and leadership behaviors and assess the district leads on these new competencies, providing feedback and coaching on required behavioral changes to implement the new KAM strategy.
Leadership Development
Completed key leadership development program for global automotive retailer/wholesaler. I designed from the ground up an experience-based, multi-modular leadership development program for high-potential senior managers from across Europe, Latin America, and Asia. Introduced the ideas of “discovery” and “business experiments”, both of which are now being used across the entire organization. We are currently in the middle of our fourth successful cohort.
Online Learning
Designed and implemented effective online learning in the current work-from-home environment, co-creating a relevant, engaging online leadership curriculum with a global Food & Beverages company to ensure continued development of and behavioral change among their key top and mid-tier talent in lieu of the usual face-to-face activities.
